| The association was headed by Fujian Economy & Trade Committee Light/Textile Industry Office, approved by Fujian Civil Administration, founded by bone enterprises such as septwolves, qipai, gemzboh, cntries,minzestyle,etc. It’s the most influencing association in Fujian Garment Apparel field. Its members are involving of garments, apparels & accessories enterprises, institutes and trade companies, through out the whole province, especially in Fuzhou, Xiamen and Quanzhou cities.
In recently years, Fujian garments and apparels have great changes. In 2002, Fujian garment was ranked at No. 6 on turn over and profit in the country’s garment, becomes more and more important in this field in the State. Meanwhile, the city of SHISHI was awarded as “THE PRODUCING CENTER OF CASUAL GARMENMENTS OF CHINA”?
The Association is working for Government, Garment/Apparel Industry and Enterprises. Main job involves: developing strategical study on garment/apparel industry, helping management department to set industrial policies and Regulation of Fujian Garment/Apparel Industry, Guiding Suggestion of Fujian Garment/Apparel Industry, setting the standard of industrial and marketing rules for the sake of improving the levels of self-discipline, holding events for developing enterprises’ brand name, bridging among enterprises for economical and technological cooperation, organizing seminars and training of employees and technology, guiding or helping improving integrated management of enterprises, promoting new products, new technologies, new techniques, new materials, new machinery, and improving brand name and influence for Fujian garment/apparel enterprises. |
